One-Time Spring Cleaning

We understand every home is unique and has different cleaning needs. Therefore, we offer 2 types of services, a flat rate service and an hourly service.

Flat Rate: Perfect if you want the whole house clean. Our cleaners will follow a detailed checklist and finish when everything is done.

Hourly Rate: Perfect if you want specific areas cleaned. Our cleaners will either follow your list of priorities or use their initiative.

All Areas

• Extensive tidy up
• Dust all reachable surfaces (tables, shelves, etc.)
• Dust and wipe skirtboards, windowsills and doors
• Clean Accessible Light Switches/Power Points 
• Vacuum accessible areas
• Vacuum/wipe furniture
• Sweep and mop hard floors
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Empty trash bin and replace liner
• Cobweb removal
• Wet wipe blinds and shutters 

Kitchen

• Dust all surfaces
• Wipe down countertops
• Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
• Wipe cabinet doors (spot clean)
• Clean cooktop and rangehood (exterior)
• Clean underside of rangehood
• Clean inside microwave
• Clean sink and polish faucet
• Sweep and mop floor
• Empty trash bin and replace liner

Bedrooms

• Light tidy up
• Make beds
• Dust/wipe surfaces
• Vacuum carpets / Sweep and mop hard floors (accessible areas)

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect toilets
• Scrub and disinfect sinks and countertops
• Clean mirrors
• Clean and disinfect tubs/showers
• Polish fixtures
• Replace towels/toilet paper (if provided)
• Sweep and mop floors
• Scrub shower grout
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
